Program Description
This sprint program is designed for holistic speed development on the track. Winning a race is more than being fast. An athlete must also learn proper acceleration and be able to maintain near top speed once it is reached. The athlete who utilizes this program will concurrently develop acceleration, maximal velocity, speed endurance, and their complementary strength qualities. In the context of sprinting, this program is best utilized by sprinters of medium qualification looking to take their speed to the next level. Solid sprint mechanics are a must before embarking on this program.
